Is DOS actually first?

I think this is the 2nd time this has happened since I've joined CB.

Now the question is to rejoice or cry over the fact I can only remember two times we've been first.

I think it's a bug. It's programmed into the game that DOS can't get first.

It happens. When thing gets reset, some group generally gets a good deal of epoch planets and ends up first until the other groups fight to take them all back.

May also be that DOS is playing at time intervals different from everyone else right when the game reset for the week.

More wins by DOS cause everyone else is away then more pts.

I think DOS has some hacks.

At least i wasn't the only one flabbergasted(i don't even use this word) by the fact that DOS was first

DOS is now #1 can be compared to a diamond ore. Acid bath, polish #1, cut to desired shape, polish #2 and voila! No more noobs!
