wow no one has started with this... xD so I will

First.. no Ivis isn't overpower... but yes she is good if u can play with just mele (if u are good wiht Vanguard u can use Ivis)

this is my build:

that gun is just temporal... I have capa for 2 tunes more... but... will lost 1 tech - 1 fly

not sure if will tune +2 wlk +2 str or +4 str... at this moment Im out of RT and protectors....

I have tuned the weapon for force and range/speed... just testing....

As u can see the TGH is low.. but when in veil mode stun lock is not a problem (maybe good to reduce damage)

and this build is a mini Vanguard!!!

She have 2 Interan wepons, sword/blast guard and 6 capa cartridges. They stas are low so u need to do a lot of tunes....

Update:

i was able to add 1 slow tune to the rapier... it's nice... still not sure if the Range/speed is working!!!!

Float Dash is a must-have.

It's more like "float dash, or both" I'm pretty sure. Float Dash lets you close a lot of distance quickly, making successful melee ambushes/chases that much easier.

I'll look into it a bit more though because I don't have an Ivis.

Float dash definitely, it helps a lot at running away after the kill too. Also, it's possible to build a really good Ivis with less than 1000 cost.

Float Dash only affects your dash(double tap WASD). Once you land, doubletap and hold the direction key and you'll start Boost Running.
I'm not too keen on Float Dash-Boost Run combo because you won't have as much run time if you're Float Dashing before you start running, and then you have to stop to recharge, which might prove fatal if you stop in the wrong place.

Looked up some JP Aivisu, looks like the typical options are either float dash, or boost run + short boost (which they do with a lot of melee).

Float dash is highly recommended.

since it's essentially Wlk speed + fly speed

gives u a huge bonus when you really need that extra speed.

but Im lost, as u can see my tune was to wlk... float dash would need a rebuild to the tunes... >.< and float dash ends when the bost ends? right like bost run?

You can still tune wlk with Float Dash. Aside from Sway, all movement carts (Short Boost, Boost Run, Float Dash) work with either stat.

...actually I guess I'm not really sure about sway either, I don't have a high-fly bot with it.

But, anyway, if you don't have Float Dash (or Short Boost+Boost Run) and x2 slow on the rapier, it's time to junk and restart.

floatdash ends after about 2.2 seconds,you can hold down spacebar to continue flying.

since you have painstakingly tuned the legs and some other parts,I would recommend a regret cosmos and cart reset item.

I honestly don't know how well fly-based Ivis works, but if it does then go for it.

You don't need to reverse wlk and fly to make float dash effective though.

Or rather, 40 wlk 18 fly is the highest tested and confirmed value. Very few people have bots past that.

Dat Sacrifice 8-hit combo. 8 chances with 5% chance of being slowed each time. Looks like 40% chance of slow to me, assuming 1)all hits on Sacrifice connect with the target, and 2)a previous strike doesn't affect the chance of slow on the next strike.
