How to key type chinese characters in CB?

can any1 help me with this?

always got a "?" for each word i typed in

If chinese,then no,the game was made in japan.

how some people manage to key in chinese character for the bot's name?

Go to Control Panel > Region and Language Options > Advanced and set the language to the appropriate Chinese option, restart PC and you'll be able to input Chinese characters as usual.

Do keep in mind that Simplified Chinese will not show up correctly for you and other players unless the viewer has the correct Chinese region setting, the same problem does not apply to Traditional Chinese and Japanese characters as far as I'm aware.
