seems like she floating with someone's Thoarla Summer ExoSuit as background... maybe size comparizon?

(but the question , how to use WB outside of combat except you are Nicole or Patty?)

but seriously... after used seeing thoarla so big and bulky exoskeleton... feelin weird seeing her shrink like that... maybe they should make "mini Exo skeleton suit" version instead?

Indeed. But then that's what Summer Thoarla is for. And charging into battle as a Chibi would be suicide. But awesome.

if that was a size comparison,I think no one could hit that if it was made into a hopper.

It's just a giant Nimbus placed behind her to make it look cool. Nothing to see here.

Yes that would be true since I have her. Though she's able to use like a Mini Jupitzer attack that sometimes backfires on her.

She summons up this little magic circle thing in front of her (it's not on the ground by the way). Then lets lose a small chibi-ish verison of the Jupitzer attack. If the magic circle turns red, the attack backfires on her.
Attack does 1 damage by the way.lul....
