Ace Braver..?

Well, What can i do with Ace Braver?

Is he any good or not?

I have 3 from arcantus farming and i have no clue on how to use em or what to equip em with.

I'm trying to make a gunner and a melee one. Also one mixed.

But i'm just lost xD So any help is appreciated.

Pretty similar to Laz except with an internal double handshot, and maybe different (worse?) carts. Reference my Lazflamme guide for details.

EDIT: Yeah, they're more similar than I thought. Main differences are Ace has more starting capacity than Laz, but one less capa cart and less HP as a result. He also lacks Quick Jump, but has other carts such as stealth system and moving burst. You can build them pretty much the same.

I have about 20 of those,traded them to crimrose,worth 75 points.

Acid gel is worth 60 points.

If this is right (I might be totally losing sleep again), but I recall someone in my guild toying around with a Red Squealer/Ace Braver punch combo and it was working pretty well for him. I don't know if that was it though.

His BS is a rare one that gives TGH. I recall wanting some for my hopper Misty at some point in my lifetime.

That and his internal (if I recall he does have it) made me want to make him a hopping alpha strike fag at some point. I concur with the low capacity of him though, that's what ended up dissuading me from hunting more of his parts.

Equip shotguns on the body. Press both and right click at short range. Do 50-80 damage per second. kk My cake waitress is owning a good amount of bots despite being a joke bot XD

Capacity's not actually that bad, I think it's higher than Lazflamme's (his core's starting capacity is, anyway). Not saying it's good, but given his cost it really isn't bad.

Example build for a full-out alpha build; made me realize just how bad the weapon arm selection is for S-land.

Ah.. I see what you mean now.

The saddest part is that my Renny's AMs are being used for Renny. And I rather like them on her XD She might not have an alphastrikeable BD internal..but the LG modes are too good to give up for my playstyle...

You're better off with Renny anyway. She's as good as you'll get for a short boost/sway gunner.

Indeed they are. She's one of the few bots I genuinely have fun with these days. Though I think I have to change her weapon set up; it's hard to kill people when your shots aren't stunning..but I be off topic. lol

Oh good point. She does lack the K shields. And now that I've been thoroughly sugoi-trolled, I have 4 of those K shields lying around... with no Hate machine to put it on...

Hmm...wonder what land based gunner I should abuse with em ...

Might as well buy another one. Hate to derail the topic, but it's K-shield+hopping yeah? Cuz I heard popping that shield=practically no mobility unless you lift off at some point..

The only thing k-shield stops you from doing is use spacebar, so you're epic screwed on a watery map but nothing else should change.

Well, I have been making my ace braver....

And just gotta ask, I am making the gunner a hopper. And i gotta ask, What do hoppers need?

I have never made a hopper...So..Ya.
