As I kno', few of ya was playing it. Well, now I post here my personal opinion.


As I started, first, I checked the website. Well, it is nice for eye and catchy. IMO at least. You will be introduced to some classes/jobs wich yer character can decide upon. This first choice have fundamential meaning in later game. What do we have?

Warrior
Knight
Wizard
Explorer

First one is basically base melee job. Second is more tank, killing things bit slower. Wizards are magic arcana knowers. They can focus on up to four elements, dealing great magical damage. Last one is distance fighter using bows, and daggers for close combat.


Well, according to website it's all... buut, dunno why, they forgot to mention engineer. Well-balanced middle-long combat specialist fighting with suitcases aka toolboxes. I'm personally one, so I can say it's great for someone lookin fun and amusing game play.


At 80lvl You can choose secondary job, wich will replace yer base class. Most jobs have 2-way choices, but engineers sadly can only become meisters, wich are mecha melee fighters.


Game is easy to understand and controls are simple. It's sidescrolling action game.


It's F2P, but there is 'fashion shop' wich provides other stuff. The good thing, is that You can obtain t heir stuff for in-game currency-ely, if You ask someone who bough AP(Aeria Points). Well, it's quite hard finding someone, buut there are only slight chances yer gettin robbed'. I for ex bough golden darts from one of high levels, they are for ladeck, in-game lottery with everchanging prizes.


Game offers large world to explore and various challenges such as instances with powerful foes and so-called scenario road, wich explains You overall plot and gives chances to fight unique and even stronger opponents.

There is solid guild system, the only downfall I found is not separate chat-windows, so if yer on guild and have lot of buddies(in-game friends) You can be over-flooded with pink/violet waves of words ;p


Currently game is just after Hell's Door patch, there are still some bugs in game. But they should be fixed soon.

About lags... I discovered that if I close all windows and comunicators while playn it, it goes smoothly as silk. Even on 1st channel, wich is usually most crowded.

Mili, it may be flawed in few ponts, but stll it's enjoyable :3

One of things that make it best in it's weigh category is proper introduction.

Main plot is interestng and if ya can bear with hgh-level class change border... well, it rocks.

In my guild there is a guy who plays this from the first day of aeria version. He told me, that he started in obt and ended seventh in it ranking. Now he's 15x sorcerer and still enjoying it ;p Wich means it depends on player how good game is itself

It can be a pretty slow-paced game depending on the class you choose/whatever you're doing in-game.

I play a bard, and "grinding" is as easy as finding yourself a position, pressing one key and waiting for about 10+ seconds.

;p Engineer is feeling more like melee, wich he turns as Meister... at least my game-style.

As I mentioned You can go turret long distance fghter (Mecha summon skill has wicked range and multi-target hit) or melee-like, cuz we got many dmg+accuracy support skills.

I just root and slug-it-of with most mobs with my machinegun+thunder trap

You still have turrets though.

Friggin lag. I dont mind the lag if im pwning monsters,

But the lag prevented me from finishing the err.. DotNuri? or w/e that Mario quest thing is. small platform. must run and jump. But lag after run cant jump. Fall and die

Though the only good turret is slow turret on meister. Well I quit Latale a while back when me and my friends got bored but if you want some advice on engineers and meisters ask away.

Here's the only screenshot I had of playing latale. Nothing special needed to show a friend which capsule I needed...Yeah...Kinda showing off a bit, then again there's not much to show-off besides the fact of many hours of my life playing this game.

Eeep. None of my characters can hit that level.
