Payment Methods: Mobile (ZONG and PAYMOboku) gone?

ZONG and PAYMO(BOKU) is gone on my Charge page. Is it the same for everyone else?

And no, I can't use Zong in SuperRewards, since I'm banned from SR. I need to charge some Rt QQ
