Nope, it doesn't lock movement. You can strafe and hold both mouse buttons. For ease of use or explaination, if you're using 2 mini zookas, you can hold both mouse buttons for 1 shot from both zookas without falling.

| OK, thx. So, will moving burst increase overall dps if say I move burst with helligal's pulse missles.
Cuz it sounds like you are limited to one or two burst at a time before u drop.

You're limited to generally 1 burst before you drop. Its good for hit and run situations, but on a Hellingal who only has pulse missiles, why would you bother, lol.

| The best candidates for moving burst are those with internal weapons, such as Air Raider, XX Cross Raptor and Psycho Cluster.
I think Air Raider had the first effective moving burst build, so that's why this is more common: Air raider BD Frau AM x2 2 weapons of choice Tentrion HD.

| I personally run x2 Brickgale BMGs and x2 great speed tuned wide beams on my Derp Raider. Its more specialized in mid to close-range combat since the BMGs tear through lands and Arts like a hot knife on butter, esp with hypershot. The build may vary with the play-style and rt budget of the user but generally Tentrion HD is a staple.
So far the best alpha striking air core is still Air Raider. I attempted to make MB builds for XX Cross Raptor, Psycho Cluster and other cores on Cosmiccalc but Raider still came out on top, mainly because of its ridiculous stats, hitbox size and max capacity. Most of the other cores can't even carry that much weaps due to low capa:stats ratio.

Added bonus that frau arms and cross shooters both stun a lot.

| I've been wondering why nobody mentions MBing with Garula AMs. I'm building a Raider to eventually put these AMs on it at Level 9. I'm doing it wrong? | |

I'm doing it wrong? Aside from ammo, nothing seems wrong. Put quad gaybird ams though. You'll want to dish out the greatest amount of damage as much as possible

Put quad gaybird ams though. You'll want to dish out the greatest amount of damage as much as possible I CosmiCalced it, and Quad Garulas would bork up the 40 FLY tuned Raider build I would have with just dual Garulas. How much FLY does an MB Raider actually need, anyway?

At least now I know why I remember someone saying Quad Garula MB is for Epoch Offense. Nah, I'm sure you can go through most situations with quad gaybird ams. But yeah, the cost and stat reductions make quad gaybird arms better for epoch xD

| You usually just use it to fly while spamming only one of them when using garula AM. Much more mobile since it's a short time burst weapon, unlike cross shooter that shoot continuously at longer time. Xshooter is better option for alphagging. |

| I considered putting MB and Garula AM together because I'm quite familiar with how the former works (I have a MB Burabaz Lily), and have tried out Garula AMs enough times to have an idea of how they work. Since you have to use MB in short bursts to avoid your AIR falling out of the sky, I was thinking the short interval of Garula AMs would be complementary to it; it would help train me to keep my Alphas short and sweet. Me doing it wrong? | |
