why is ther Izuna, Shino, Misty, and Thoarla in SUGOI Gara then? ridiculous

does CB rly think that a bot is "new" if their hair color is different? then ANY gara has ONLY THE NEW BOTS (ALL OF EM HAVE SOME HURR DURR MOE BOTS WITH DIFFERENT HAIR COLORS), dum dum =.=
