Hello, I just came back.

Yesterday I was bored and had cosmic break installed in my computer and now I'm back but I'm experiencing some lack of information problems. Before I quit playing for the first time, I was rank 8 with flying mechs, now rank 9 still with the same mechs and I would like to know where or if someone could help me get some nice beam weapons for my mechs cause damn, I'm sucking really bad in Arena. My fear about joining quests of other people is that I get spammed "noob, gtfo" since I only do 8 damage to haku (tried it with some friends and obviously not enough). So can someone help me? My name in the game is Wadushodu from DOS.

If you can fit the cost, Plasma Guns are the preferred beam weapon of choice for most people. Very nice damage output and firing rate. You can buy them in the shop, or roll 3-slot ones from UC gara 2. If you want something cheaper, Wide Beam Gun (also in the shop, 3-slot versions drop occasionally from missions) and Limited Plasma Gun (arena drop) are the favored choices. S/M-airs usually run Mini Bazookas as their other weapon alongside one of the aforementioned beam guns for air-to-air combat.

Use melee against Haku. A 3-way Dagger (600 UC in the shop) should do >600 damage per hit to him. Keep a shotgun handy for the shell drain (green) and fire (red) forms though, they'll outdamage melee on those two.

Thanks for the info. I had plasma gun before and it didn't work out for me as much because of low beam blast but I would be getting it again now that I know it's preferred. As for haku, does it have to be meele mech obligatory or is it okay if I can do it with Crimrose or other flying mechs I have?

3-way daggers fit on anything that isn't an art. I'd actually recommend airs for boss fights in general thanks to their mobility.
