It's very mediocre, even with high STR. The only gimmic of the pumpguns is that the damage goes up with STR rather than TEC.

The Q-switching doesn't do me terribly much good, I usually try to have one good weapon on a bot rather than multiple crappy ones... With the few that I've deviated from this, it will be amazingly useful.

Having just posted about the Battle Rating system in CBJp yesterday, I, for one, am VERY pleased to see it here in CBEn; not perfect, but at least those of us not quite as skilled now have a much better chance at doing well! cheers

The Bad
-Boo, no change in RT Bonus. How long did the first one even last for? I want those darn evil wings.
-Boo, no discount on existing garapon released.

Does anyone have any comments / specs on the Nicole? Only sources I've seen are random youtube videos, which does not really show that much. From what I can tell, she has a shadowy wonder bit that summons and does... stuff. She seems to be equipped with flamethrowers possibly?

I'm not a fan of completely no-fun moe bots.

she doesn't generate her WB gauge normally. she steals the WB gauge from other bots. and her staff is like eves railgun in a way. it has to be deployed first. which replaces the weapon the was being held in that hand.

i am personally exceited to see her arrival here. she was a shop bot in JP. hopefully she stays so in this version.

Does anyone have opinions on the new weekly gara weapons?
S.Air: Little Star Gun (21,200,260,260,1000) @ cost+80, wlk/fly -2
L.Lnd: Calamity Sword (51,-,31,44,1000) @ cost+180, str+3, wlk/fly -2
where (force,ammo,range,speed,interval)

I think Little Star Gun will probably be very similar to Herr Victor AM beam cannon. L size sword.. pretty nasty damage... is there a worthy M/L size bot that could actually put this into use?

Little Star Gun is a Stardust Cannon for S/M bots.

In response to your Calamity Sword question, probably Geograsis/Byne. Byne has lots of Capa and Geograsis has 27 base STR. 30 with the sword.

BR (Battle rating, not Brazilian) is a system used to gauge your average pvp skill/performance and is supposed to be able to place you with people of similar skill/performance based on your BR.

If you are scoring constant tops you will increase your BR and thus people will see you as very skilled in PvP.

If you are scoring constant bottom you will lose your BR and thus people will understand that you are bad at PvP.

And since it's easy to get a high score with someone like Vanguard Fencer, Ouka, Ivis, Seraph etc in theory if you get low enough BR you can evade having to fight them so long as there's a room where those players with a high enough BR can't join (I believe you need less than 3 BR to have those gamebreakers out of your room. However, there is no room that says "BR 3.0 or below...)
