Bad timing to install cosmic break?

Sorry to bother again but, i been trying to install CB so far for like 2 or 3 hours, and i usually get the next things

1, would not conect to server,

2 Server is too overcrowded

i dont know if due of lotto cubes the overcrowdness or simple my internet being Tsundere stuborn on me

so yeah, i like to ask wen it goona be the next maintenance to try to install CB in that time, sinse i doubt it the server will magically stop for being overcrowded

If anything, it's most likely due to all the crap going on in Japan right now. Technical difficulties, etc.
