Specialty, weakness, etc or all about it?
How to customize it?

you don't need blast guard.
just swap a railgun/howitzer for a cheap AA unit (note blast bazookies are imba)

what i did with my victory 1

Cartridges: 5xcost
Weapons: 2x Howitzer + 2x Viper Shield
Bit: Mini Long Range bit(default bit, awesome for howitzer spamming)

use its core weapon to kill airs who bug you

I originally got the Victory one to make a rifle that could outrange railguns. and that's what i'm still usnig it for. However, it's cannons on it's back are AoE flak cannons, REALLY good for hitting those air units.Even if it deosn't hit directly, at max range they explode, damaging anything in a small area of it. Given, i rarely hit crap with the rifle, but when i start firing at railgunners, it takes about 5-8 hits before they realize they can't hit me back. Once i get it past lvl 5 i intend to put more cost capacity on it, as i would like to add more wepons and a shield, but overall it's goodfor what i meant it for. Though when it gets shot at it does die quick. Really, it's a focused anti air bot at first. You can change it to be something else, but it's meant to kill air.

put beezle HD, froglander LG, cannon baller BS, AMs are optional but if you do want to hold stuff use Beezle AMs. A shield of some sort if you got arms and preferably a blank staff if you're sure you can survive long enough to waste your ammo so that you can farm for more ammo.

it costs around 300 with all the internal carts if you use the arms, less than that without arms.
