| I'm wondering if this cartridge can make winberl's bind effect shorter or not. So, please anybody who already take this cartridge and have tested it with winberl's bind, tell me. Because I'm too lazy to try it by myself and rebuild again.  | |

| Do I need to expand on it?
The fast recovery cartridge does NOT help you escape Winberrl's bind faster.
This is because Winberrl's bind requires the user to spam right-click to keep the victim binded. This re-applies the "bind" status effect, thus making fast recovery useless. | |

| Simpler terms & Explanation -
It's technically a weapon that binds you with each shot/use so it doesn't work.
So you get stunned. You get out of stunned. You get shot again and get stunned once more.
Fast recovery may help you get out of stunned faster, but it doesn't prevent you from being stunned once more.
Berryl shoots you each time. So even when you lose the status effect faster than normal, still not fast enough to lose it in time before you get binded again which is what they are doing.
She isn't binding you once and you get frozen forever.
It is more like she is binding you until the player stops shooting. | |
