Hey buddy, sorry, but I'm still a bit confused as to what you are trying to say. The English is fine but the wording leads me to several conclusions.

Is it that you 'can't' join an epoch?

If so, from the most legitimate theories I've heard, your placement in epoch is dependent on your weekly arena matches; the more you play and the more you win (in arena), the higher the chances you will be selected to arena relative to other players in your union.

On the other case, is it solely because of this person?

It needs not be said, but you always have the option of either joining defense or offense. There's no way this person alone can deny you both. Based on what you wrote, I see nothing wrong with your play-style. To each their own role and if that's the role you play best, you should do that (and then some). It's very legitimate. Whether you perform that role well or not is irrelevant.

In the event other people are buying into what this guy is saying, you need to defend yourself verbally. I'm sure there are also others within your union that would defend you too. In either case, I hope this 'situation' lets out soon. Otherwise based on what you wrote, this is fundamentally, player harassment. It is by ALL means, 'dishonorable discharge' as you said. =(

Epoch is not really for newbies.I 1st entered epoch when I was triangle, got pwned really badly,never entered epoch until pentagon.

That's why you should pick a role and stick with it. Aerial support ala LXE is NOT a role, it's a waste of space (offensive can "bear" with it, since a few good players can carry a lot of fail, where as def, everyman counts)

I changed my roles depending on what I feel that particular epoch needs, but chances are, there are too many roles that need filling. Atm, wiz def needs

Healers that knows how to heal the PS (not sit under it while sticking a finger up their nose and ass simultaneousness)

Semi-decent Baltheon of either type (I know I said we don't need them before, that's because there weren't enough "decent" players that knows how to deal with hippoes). It's not hard to get 6-15k supp points depending on the map.

Harassers (it's funny how many LNDs just derps around running in circles near the PS, or airs that flies in circles during jacksquat, oh wait, they claim to be "aerial support" *facepalm*)

Arts that knows what they are doing (GET ON THE FREAKING LEDGE/HIGH GROUND)

What we DON'T need -

CONSTANT FARMERS, just clear farm near you after you die and then go off to fight/fulfill your role. PS healers need SOMETHING to fill their gauge with, wasting time fighting for tree is not productive

"Aerial Support", it's def, WTF ARE YOU DOING SUPPORTING AS AN AIR? Either defend a location or go harass some ass

at the moment air support really is kind of a bull roll that is really only filled if your escorting land types.

its not really needed in Epochs.

Epochs NEEDS (I cannot stress this enough) Harassers otherwise we will be sitting in pile of hippos in like 5 minutes.

one thing to know is that epoch usually attracts the better players, you get all sorts of guys crawling out of the woodwork, and most of them can hold their own and don't need 'air support'

also i suggest you find a different robot cause mecha jetter girl is meant for harassing. she's pretty useless for everything else. *points to pile of mecha jetter girl bodies of ones that tried to frontline*

one of the guys i know IRL, this guy named Dr_Cyrax he's a REALLY good Mecha jetter girl player, he can even pick off artillery and he knows how to dodge every single missile in the game (with the exception of lol Ramjet launchers, and he doesn't use accele roll or air loop) when he plays he usually places top 10 and I Hardly ever see him at all during the game, he even gives my frau's a run for their money.
