CB-JP Feb 24`11 Updates / Minor Tweaks

Some updates for CB-JP (24-2-11)

Some changes on Prizes for Leveling a robot past Level 5.
Prizes listed are :
Level 5 Limiter Removal
Level 8 Limiter Removal
Slot Protector Omega
Cosmic Star Coins (Usually 3)

P/N : It's not much use if no one is playing Haku *2 or 3 with me so ;<

Also, it seems only up to 2 times a robot can be resetted to gain the prizes. (Anymore than that, you wont recieve a prize)

Some Balance Updates for (Battle Rating)
- The Higher your Total Score is, the more Br increase you get.
- Further Improvements will be announced if anything.
- If a non-star rank player plays on a no-limits room, and he does well (Not Top Material but) gains a lot of Br Points.

P/N : With my current laptop? I can't survive the game anymore... always end up getting Negative Br.

Br Changes happen if you play at No Limit Rooms and Br Rooms. Hexagon rooms not so much.
