Help Me Please~ Im new to CB

Im new to CosmicBreak & the problem is when i select channel 2 & 3 it stuck. I wanna do some quest but at channel 1 the quest is unavailable. Please someone help me what to do... Crying or Very sad

Also every time I join the arena there was 14/15 so I join, after that it started & it loading. The loading screen then i wait for 5 min still at the loading then after 5 or 6 min it transfer back to arena counter & info says: Destination over there is over crowded please try again later. I already try but still cannot. Crying or Very sad

Yes I already try restarting my cpu. usually on channel 1 there is a loading after clicking enter. But on other channel like 2 & 3 it has no loading but stuck on the selection channel. Anyone know how to solve it. Crying or Very sad

does it only happen at 14/15 ?
if yes then you can't probably change it and join 13/15, maybe it depends on your location

Sounds like a lag issue from what you've described, are you certain you aren't running any downloads? Do you notice any other issues?
