Arena Reserve?

I remember reading something in the tutorial about reserving a spot in the next arena game when the match rooms are full. I also saw it on the site here. I've yet to see a screen like this and can't figure out how to do this if it's available.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you. (:

I think it's sorta gone. Next best thing is using F12 to enable auto-matching.

Thanks for the reply, what exactly does auto-matching do? >> I've noticed that it's not so good at getting me into games with empty slots .__.
