Spammed tuneups but my didn't have enough ingredients to spam all of them, only did 5 tuneups where 2 failed.

I did about 8 to 12 tunes. Most worked. My Izuna is pretty fast now; not a death trap any more.

Frau got fixed, and any tune choco you got before the fix got nerfed

Ever noticed the hotkey placeholders for 5 and 6 on your screen? Go to your garage, go to items and simply drag the chocos on one of the placeholders or whatever you want to call them.
