I've been doing berzelius runs lately and there were times that when I die I just respawn to this place with no path on going back to where berzelius is. Is this a bug or what?

Yeah, it's a bug. Can happen if you die directly under Berzelius, or fulfill some other random requirement I don't know of.

There are TONS of bugs in Berz quests. Even MOAR in Haku quest.
There were times when I soloed him and at the final form, I respawned outside the arena and can't hurt the coward at all
or the time when Haku teported out of the arena and I got stuck in there Mad
