How come that I see people in game using "^-^", while I just can't figure out how to do that D:. My Shift+6 doesn't work in game.

Also, the -> " <- and -> ' <- doesn't work, unless I type -> ": <- or -> '; <-, and then backspace the : or ;

Does anyone know why? or does anyone have the same experience?

If the shift+6 also need something extra to make it pop-up the text message, please say something, I would appreciate it.
