The way I see it, so long as I don't use them for anything such as personal gain(like say, using them to win Fan Art contests), it's OK.

Besides, your avatar is from the Log In screen of CB. Doesn't that mean you're an art thief too since you stole it from CyberStep?

Patty Ropp(the one with the gatling gun) is in the Lucky Bag Garapon, yes. Lenny Ropp(the pink haired one) appeared in Premium Garapon I and II, which was currently removed.

Assume that the players won at jan 1 and Feb 1 and there is 50 free Rt between 1/1 to 31/1 and 50 Rt between 1/2 to 28/2 . If this is true then it sucks cause I joined today. So I'm asking about the interval between the two periods.

The Rt charges refill at the first day of the month, I believe. Before that deadline comes, you can buy charges. Heck, I think the Rt charges refilled just a while ago.
