I'd say a Seraph Crimrose is probably the best thing you could get without RT, assuming you like small air-types. If you don't want to grind a crim up to those kinds of levels, I'd suggest an Izuna instead. If you lie arts, well...I guess I don't really know which arts are good or not. Lily Rain is quite mobile, but if you'd rather be a "spam missiles everywhere" type of art I'd try Destructor CN with Misside arms. As far as supports go you can't go wrong, but unless you want broad radar from Paraboroid/Cyberoid I'd probably stick with the Winberyl you get free for ranking up.
Also, most bots around 1000 UC down are more than usable purely for the fact that their cost is so low that dying with them will barely affect your team's BP.
