is the grandom BS any good I mean does it need a lock on to fire like most sub weapons?

It requires lock on. It fires 2 missiles per lock on and can only lock onto 2 targets, meaning 4 total missiles launched (or was it a total of 4 lock ons with 1 missile each?)
The missiles are like the missiles from the LGJ part from the shop.
