problem with garapon Empty

please help me,
I have a 35 RT (10Rt of CC and 25 from leveling up Rt)
why when I play garapon
garapon are still not moving
I waited for thirty minutes still does not move
after that I was forced to close window
relogin when I see my remaining 5 RT
how's this? I feel aggrieved

How about you check your Items. I believe you get the Items In that garapon. I've ever past this problem.
