I've started this thread with the intent of compiling a list of weapon/attack combos for players to reference to.
For example, Draw Gun + Fishing Whip = grappling combo?!
I just started using melee today, but one thing I found works for me is Broadsword + Boomerang Axe as a dual-sub melee bot. If you equip broad sword first, you get the first two hits from it, which lunge towards the enemy and the ranged attack from the boomerang axe which does good damage and doesn't run out of ammo.
If anyone has any suggestions or contributions, feel free to respond and have fun with this.
