Migration Info (updated)

Hello from the CosmicBreak Service Team.

Following tonight's maintenance, the account migration portal will be made available to all players on the CBEN servers to migrate their account data to CBJP.
The portal is scheduled to go live on the 27th, JST.

Please note that the portal will no longer be available after March 13th, 2019,.

The Account Migration process will be carried out over a 1 month period spanning from March 14th. Users will receive an email once their account data has been migrated and successfully activated on the destination server.

●This is NOT an account merging process. Players who have already a Japanese account won't be able to merge it with their ENCB account.

●The information asked on the form are obligatory. If you have forgotten those information and you cannot retrieve those by the 13th of March, you won't be able to migrate your data.

●If the ID/Password/Email address you're using on ENCB are already used on JPCB, you will be asked to register new credentials.

●All of your inventory, as well as all the currencies (Rt/UC) you own in your account will be migrated. Content irrelevant in the japanese server might be deleted.

●The Japanese server won't have a language package in English available. The only language available will be japanese.

All remaining CBEN services will be taken offline after March 29th.







Please note that the portal will no longer be available after March 05th, 2019, the final day of CBEN service.

I afraid they may fk things up and have extensions or some accounts unaccounted, given the ridiculously long time. Though for real we're somewhat behind too.

But, and those who already have an account on the JP server, will not have any problems? I'm confused.

If you have a JP account already. CHANGE THAT ACCOUNT's EMAIL!
Make sure its different from the EN account's email.

If you were one of the older registration on JP, where you have a username/password instead of the current format of email/password; you still need to change your email.

Not sure about the scope of EN's email changing schemes atm....

No changes I expected some all UC on Shop in this last week.

where the portal?? how to i migration my account in CB EN to CB JP?? also all my robot in CB EN will be transfered to CB JP or all my robot in CB EN will be gone??

Apparently yes, I changed hours ago but so far I have not received a confirmation email...

Apparently yes, I changed hours ago but so far I have not received a confirmation email...

According to a cbkr player it won't be an issue, as they'll ask for a new email and ign for your account.
Now, as you have changed your mail address, you won't be able to use that mail for registration for a month according to the rule.

Bad info, if you already got cards from previous event, you'll be unable to collect previous milestones as cards didn't get removed last update.

I've already obtained past 300 cards, then just get redstones for those, so all were the last one

You can recover your username by inputting your email addressed. You can then change your email address on CBJP's website to something else.

Those are for people with old usernames.

New Registred accounts get email/password for their login.

The form is open, just need to send it and that's it?

It's just the ID used to log in.

Those who're concerned about having same mail and ign in jp.
The login id here asked is not your ign, everyone will be asked to give a new ign when you first log in after migration.

I took 4 years of Spanish in high school. I should have taken Japanese!

It's weird that it didn't ask me for a new email, only for a new id.
I'm pretty sure my old jp account had the same email address.

So can you log in after you receive the Email?
