Critical Error

That FIX CS did is shit.
I can Log In and log out many times with my alt. But i cant enter the game with my main.
My ALT isnt in my clan anymore (or My Clan is deleted because my main cant enter).

I dont know wtf is goin on.

I dont know of what ticket are you talking about.
I just log in in the page and go SUPPORT > CONTACT US > ACCOUNT > And Send The mail with the Image file.
is that the ticket you are talkig about or i have to do somehing else?

send it from "bug report " option. Altho they should work the same but I got one of my alt. back with bug report one. Depending on the time you sent the mail/ticket it might take couple of hours, mine took almost 12 hours

yeah i had to send in a ticket before they fixed the problem for me

they replied to me saying it was fixed an hour after i discovered it on my own, but i got in before another day had started for the login cube so thats a huge releif

well that error did appear to me too but by playing with back to page i was able to send it... im even able to spam the shit out of the bug report thing if i want to by doing that.

PD: i checked my mail and it seems to not work... even if the sent mail apears on screen (thank you for blablabla).

The mail/report system has been fixed. They're cleaning junk data so the gateway server was closed. People who're having log in error can try sending mail now

So anyone got the Critical Error thing fixed or does it require a different solution for each person? Someone probably got it fixed and I just missed it so if that's the case, it'd be nice if someone could help my blind ass find it. Really starting to miss my Gisele lol

Most peoples account were fixed last week. If you're still having issue then go to their official site > log in> "support " > contact us > bug report. just write you're having log in issue.

Expect that there'd be a rollback on your account. It has something to do with the critical error issue.

It's possible. My drive cart went back to level 0 from level 2. Thank god that's the only rollback that happened to me. And UC.

I did the same, but god that exp new years event too much free shit, and i literally went from lvl 10 to 50 in 2 bosses runn ;v
