it's a mine you place directly on a target and how fast it detonates depends on how fast the target is moving. the last one to get it was maid seriuex, before that diane before she merges with roi, before that the amateus series. and that should be all of them. diane's has an almost nonexistent cool down. the weapon is a favorite of mine but it's range limits it to defending against invading airs.
this new one seems to have greater range i wonder if the buster is still blast type. it'd be weird to see if it was meant for use against lands.

it should be still be fun to force them to dodge on top of everything else atleast. last i used it seemed to work well, i was spamming it on a divine thoarla with diane but it eventually stopped getting close enough, i tried it against a alice but the opportunity wasn't frequent enough for me to know or remember how effective it was.
