and balance adjustments
assault classes will have increased armor, decreased flight effiency
buster clases get increased armor, running speed , flight effiency
all jammer classes cost is reduced for rank b and above


all classes get increased armor, increased attack expected value for both main and sub
all busters get increased running and flight speed
all fortresses get increased flight speed
both main and sub weapon attacks will be adjusted due to increased expected value
