Pretty much why she's so useless, most things can shat out buffs without having to go all this trouble and having to risk themselves to give buffs, but not only her efficiency is already lowered by default, she needs to risk being hit and die so she can give buffs.

Does the buffs improve any of this? Nope. Only thing is the bit having more HP, it does need that, still, it only means it MIGHT last slightly longer and maybe long enough for her to charge them (this days they can die almost instantly before they even buff you), this doesn't mean that it will give buffs any faster, which is the whole problem.
Less cooldown usually is nice, but it's on a weapon with low ammo count, it only means it will run out faster or if anything forgive misses (it's also shit at charging her bit).

All that she needs is a pre charge mechanic, because that won't break anything, she will still need to hit people and risk herself, only change is that her bit will actually be able to give buffs as intended with full efficiency, not the shit that she has now.

People need to stop being full retard and think that others just want units to be broken shits, when said unit is just fucked and CS isn't unfucking it with this buffs.

If anything they could've increased her bit's ammo, that would be better than a force increase.

its not a thought, its a reality and this one thread was plenty of examples of it. Also, Mercurio and Kanna's buff preview didn't tell 20% of the real balancement so we CAN wait for something more than that.
I aways saw Koyomi as an offensive support like yurika. you can easily use her like you use a LND gunner. the force improvement is just another proof for that

No one is saying that they CAN'T wait, just stating that if what CS said is true, those are fairly useless adjustments and what she needs isn't being mentioned. Why wouldn't you hype an actual good change instead of changes that won't make her any better? The whole point of previews is to hype, not to give superfluous information.

Also, if you put all retards on the same bag, you might as well wear it as a hat. You pretty much shoved it down your head when you went past the first sentence, that first period should've been a question mark and the post should've ended there.

Still doesn't surprise me that CS doesn't change how her bit works at all, that's harder than changing a few numbers and requires actual coding, and most of the time CS misses the mark when it comes with things that need actual changes.

Edit: also to note that her first buffs (10 hits) is broad radar and all guard, if you put it on front line units the bit will pop in seconds, on back line units it's mostly useless since they aren't being hit as much and most have BR anyway. 2nd buff (20 fucking hits, which a support, a recipe for shitty weapon tuning) is long range, good for anyone, but against, first set of buffs kinda of wastes itself. Still, that's alright, if the bit is made of paper and it doesn't need that many hits.

That only gets her the first set of buffs, it's 4 hits for all buffs, and it's not even hits, it's uses, you can hit the same bot multiple times and it will only count once, so you need to use it again. It also has 180 range and NO lock on, it seems to use melee tracking and it's beyond terrible when it comes to hitting people. Her blow crystal also charges the bit, again, it's 2 uses not 2 hits (and can fail to charge it for reasons unknown), it can lock on and homes in but it's really slow (it's kinda like... gravity gun I forget the name that deals slow that Geminion also has).

My point of view is that are 2 types of bots in the game. those that you must use in card campaigns when every f***ing one is tryharding for score, and those you use to have a fun playtime. I think koyomi is the second one. I don't believe she needs improvements that make her fit in the first group. if you can use her to have fun, that's what she was made for, that all.
