Which 1s humanoid-bot can be as good (or close) to a 3s version?

With all these UC garas we have gotten and will be released in the next weeks, i was thinking in which human bot can be as good (or at least close) as the 3s version once tuned.

Be because of cost limit, amount of parts that can be replaced, amount of 2s parts that can be bough for RT on the shop or because it's already pretty good as is.

Everything that doesn't require weapon tunes, has an unlocked bs slot
and can use handhelds is a safe bet for sure...

so 90% of them

There are alot of moes that can tune weapon tunes on their weapons though lel.
