Since I already have a TEC-based Vestia, I want to try out a Balanced build. Is this fine?

Asides from that looks fine to me

Except the stun regain... 15 tgh, and CV

As for the Booster, It won't look 100% Vestia though I can always add Frog Lander BS so I can get 10 more HP and make 38 WLK for Assault Step (Or leave it as it is since I'm not using Boost Run)

Booster is Advised but its not necessary

I went full TEC on mine, and still had her whip and fisting claws.

Since her full combo can literally just stunlock anything that doesnt have superarmor or CV.

True, though I already have a full TEC build Vestia so I figured that I should make something new. I do like Balance Vestia's performance in arena so far.
