I want to correct what I said. Manimo receive 1/3 of her boost gauge if you hit an enemy in the ground blast then raising right after. And it won't work if the target dies with the damage.

Her "steal boost" works if you hit the target with her aoe when she dives (not sure if it's the target that must be hit or anyone in that aoe). I also haven't experienced that bug that you mentioned as I haven't been binded yet.
