Game Crashes when "START" appears

This is for the ENGLISH version of the game

Game Crashes when "START" appears on the screen. I wish there were an error message, but there isint. For the online mode it crashes when the tutorial tells the player to move. The same problem occurs in single player and online.

i have the same problem pls help how can i fix it? i want to play that game im new....

update directX and graphic card drivers
turn off antivirus
download the game again and reinstall it

» After starting the game through launcher it crashes

» Can't even start the game!
