End of match medals

Can someone explain to me how to get these medals? I'd really like some sphere materials. Also, how do you get more sphere binders?

You can buy sphere binders with RT or also get some by wishing with haunted pieces, I think (omega ones I think) that you can get from successful haunted quests (where you need to spend event tickets on in order to participate, else you cant fight there, and you can only get about 3 event tickets per day.)

And you get medals when you perform great in a match. So do your best.
