Grand Chase is a free to play MMO thats a 2d side scrolling dungeon based MMO That has a plot with 8 playable characters. 4 female 4 male. I played for a good while but after a bit the game gets very repetitive :/ (Like most dungeon MMOs out there...) but it was still fun to play. Elsword is basicly it's spiritual succesor in the sense that it seems to take place in the distant future after Grand Chase. There is an english version for Grand Chase yet as long as Elsword has been out theres yet to have been an english version......even though there is a somewhat of a large english player base...... I'd like to at least try it out but thanks to my failures at understanding another language I would have great difficulty playing it.
