Is Pulsardio any good?

I was looking through the forums and noticed very little about support units. I know Winberrl is good, but just curious how good is Pulsardio?

his EMP missile annoy every unit type that use range attack.

I have a bit of RT left and its between a Pulsardio (I need a good support bot) or Misty Hollow, but I have no idea how good she actually is for a land type. Her mist ability seems pretty badass though, any input on her?

as far as i know, when her mist is active she can't be damage by all Range weapons.
mist and run toward PS or Art

Chances are I'll go for her, just due to the fact that I need another good S sized robot, plus she has a double sided scythe. Still a hard choice between her and Pulsardio though XD.
