Patty AMJ shield has 50 HP and covers only the SIDE, not the FRONT. It's 60 cost apiece, which is the same cost as an ALE Laz lshield. Your back puppets should cover your sides and your ass.

I think 5 puppet summons is enough with regards to her survivability in arena. You get to use all of them before you die, plus you get to extend each summon per direct hit of Patty's deckgun. As for TWB, considering the front puppets deal decent enough damage, it helps make them last even if for a few hits (which they sometimes do).

Parts choice IS bad, since you can't really change AM7 if you want to use the deckgun, but if you're into alphastriking and abusing the attack bursts of the front puppets, that's also acceptable. Elcott AMs might be useful in this regard. Other parts like BS and LG are kinda sadgsdfghfgs since I still try to go for vanilla parts when I do my stuff, but they may work considering LGs can be changed and you can have two BS slots.

uh yeah laz shield is like 80 or 90 hp or some shit(or is it 110?), hence why I said you have 160hp worth of kshields.

What's the problem with you guys and kshields? We've been using Lancerlot kshields since time immemorial and we are totally down with it.

If you want shields that grow back you're free to use Laz AM2

kshields and amj shields are pretty good. It's bucklers that are bad because statsticks are generally a lot better.

I still wonder if 270 range is enough. 340 speed is workable but unless the deckgun overranges it's hard to really gauge how Patty fares in arena.

No, that's not what I was getting at.

If you tuned a part completely with rb dense cosmos, you can't regret any of the tunes.

In other words, if you used rb dense cosmos for all three slots on a part, you cannot use the regret pot to remove any of the tunes.

the part i want to regret has only 2 dense cosmos tunes, the 3rd slot is empty.

Tune a basic tune (Run, Fly, etc) THEN try it.
