I got her yesterday.I didn't play her much,but I have questions about her.

1-)What does what Wonder Defect debuff do,exactly?

2-)When WB active,does she give Wonder Defect with her melee attacks?

1) Enemies activating their Wonderbit will be damaged (I think the value is 5% of their HP per activation under the effect)

2) Yes.

Is she worth tuning?

A have a question too:

Her WB is affected by STR/TEC balance?

Soar: Not really, her damage is too poor and she can't reliably stunlock people (She pushes people away on final hit and if you don't finish the combo she backsteps). She's gimmicky but not fitting in the current meta.

Mae: Dunno, probably not.

Sweet, gonna buy more comdoms with that USB money.

She's a good duelist IMO, but not that good in crowds.

The Backstep is actually pretty useful against other melees, but often a liability if you accidentally trigger it against a ranged opponent. Good way to avoid the "attacked through the opponent" issue though.
