To use obtain a skin click (CS2/PS) File, ("Save As") (*NOTE*Because u need to label em ur self unless u can tell which skin is which). Make New Folder Place all skin there then move folder to cyberstep folder then log in game go to bot u have skin for use paint use the load next to import/export
