[BRD] Namaiki~

The purpose of Namaiki~ and why should I join?
I started Namaiki~ with a purpose to create a new BRD community. The intent of Namaik~ to begin with was not for cf purposes, but one to help players come together and share in experiences. After talking with some close friends, we came to the conclusion that someone needed to create a clan that can reverse our current clan issue in CBEN. CBEN is coming to the point where their is only 1 major clan in each union that is cf ready. And the only way to counter act this (in my opinion) is to create a clan that can support itself with diversity and experience. I want to create a clan where people are forgiven for their past actions and can come together in a new environment. I want a place where people can help and communicate with each other to get better at this game.

What happened to Odin?
I owe an explanation better than the one I gave to my clan mates before I dissolved Odin. A lot of things happened in a small period of time before I ended Odin. But lets start from the very beginning. The point of Odin was to create a clan made up of long time loyal members to create dynamic environment that could help cultivate their game play style. I wanted to accept people regardless of their past actions. To that point, I succeeded. But, over time, I believe I lost my ways on what Odin meant to me. Odin soon became a cf orientated clan which I never wanted. I wanted a clan that could share ideas and improve builds/game styles. It soon came to the point where I was so focused on winning cf that I hurt some peoples feelings. Soon, my sole purpose was to win cf, at any cost. Running a clan with the weight of winning cf constantly is a heavy burden. Then the tipping point came when Hikaru came back. I had a 4 hour conversation with him about joining Charlotte. To me, this was a chance to end Odin and restart from scratch. But, to be short, I knew it was a bad idea to join Charlotte and end Odin because me and Hikaru no longer see eye to eye on certain issues in this game. I truly apologize to anyone that I hurt with the ending of Odin due to my selfish reasons.

The Ultimate End Goal of Namaiki~
The ultimate goal is to unite straggling members of BRD under one flag. I want to create clan that forgives past actions and comes together to improve all its members. My point is, I want to help train and cultivate players by gathering multiple perspectives and outlooks. And this no longer includes old members, but new players. The purposes is to guide players to the point where they can compete evenly in cf.

About me
I should let people know, I am not the best leader, nor am I a great leader. I know I am also not the pitch perfect community member, hell I'm not even a good community member. I make plenty of sarcastic comments. But when I do, I have a reason to. Such as when people post chloe builds from the 2s shop one. I say mean things about those builds because I know how to use chloe, I've ran the gauntlet with her multiple times. I just don't want people to waste time on her when they could be using those assets on something better. But, I do believe, that I can help genuinely help and converse with people in BRD and create some type of camaraderie. And if need be, I am willing to step down from leadership if someone else proves to be of worth. I am also a very competitive person. I have yelled at people in the past and during cf events. However, I plan to change this. I will layoff from cf until I feel right with my clan mates.

Clan Policies
Be nice to one another.
Do not constantly pester someone for help, patience is key.
Competitiveness is good, but over zealous behavior is not welcomed.
Inner clan trash talk is welcomed, but please do not go over board.
Trash talking to other clans is not welcomed.
English is preferred.
