no one is into mindless grinding if there is no reward for the efforts done there is no point in playing at all for me i just login and derp in the areas for the sake of staying active do some social activity and try to make friends if possible

the arena is extremely repetitive and boring and no longer fun with all this op shit appears in it week after week it no longer serve as a measure for game progress or your skill progress just a mindless bullet fest you kill random ppl while you yourself are random to them and tada when the game sets the highest score goes to the ones with the most cancer bots out there next match repeat this shit again

the only time when there is a meaning to this is when i want to have revenge on someone and i manage to kill him with all of this opponents around me to showcase my skills but i can`t be playing solely for revenge and to be in constant anger all the time  i want fun  

even in single player RPG games if you happen to have a character or machine maxed out in level and every aspect in the stats plus whatever rare / legendary weapons equipped on it the game will find a way to fuck you for example the game can force you to play on extreme difficulty levels and at this point mobs will deal catastrophic damage to your machine or character as if it is made of paper or still at lv1 and you will loose miserably it is sad but ironically that is what makes the game interesting !!!

this apply to CB in both arena and other PVE mods but i find PVE to be much much better than what is happening in arena  assuming that CS actually listened and expanded the PVE mods but that remain to be seen

to be honest i am not surprised of what is happening  it takes more than a free card campaigns to sustain a big player activity the game has to change in a way that do not make the arena to be the center of every thing so ppl can use the most out of there old units get decent rewards without anyone ruining their fun is that too much to ask for CS ?

PvE is the most mindless thing in CB. It's utter shit. If I wanted to play a single player game, I'd go play an actual single player game. Not run around and hit things in CB.

If you find arena repetitive, it's because you are doing the same thing over and over again. Stop doing that. If it's not fun, it's because you have failed to find a way to make it fun. Maybe stop spamming the same shit over and over, or doing the same strategy over and over. Most of the people I see who complain about the game not being fun are the ones who show no variation in their play. They might as well be playing PvE for all the adaptability and reaction they show.

Nothing in the game is so overpowered you can't beat it, in the current state. Some things(namely; bicycles, glide boost airs) force you to play certain things to beat them, which is why they aren't fun to interact with, but there are very rarely matches where that is all that makes up the enemy team.

This is the exact reason that I have almost 30 leveled and tuned bots.. and 28 half-built and/or half-tuned bots in my Todo queue.

A lot of people that rolled one bot that they thought was OP and then went on to spam that bot 24/7.. never allowed themselves to enjoy the game's variety of bots to play and ended up burning themselves out by only playing the same thing day in and day out.

Same here. I use a lot of different bots and don't just use the same one all the time.

I still find the game fun myself.

It's not that hard to find something fun to use. It's hard to decide what to use, especially during card campaigns when everyone's going full fag and you can't have fun because everyone else isn't.

I miss using Shana, well, using Shana and it actually be fun. She aged rather badly.

I've had this build to change her into for so long, but still not sure if to invest into converting the build from 2x CV to a tuned slicer for higher "autonomy" because it's not just don't do 2 tunes (I never got to finish her build so she lacks the CV) and do 3 others in a different part, because the AM is tuned so I'd have to take them away and redo them in the LG and then tune the AM again, so it's an investment that I could use to tune a new bot or finish some other pending build.

Non continuous balancing also makes her look rather unappealing. 1430 cost back then on her release was justified, but now, not so much.

If you only play to grind why don't just quit and actually play something else?
