I've moderated for a couple of sites, including some other forum. I even created that forum. I also can moderate with python, creating rules and statements.

Alright I took my thinking shit. Here's my opinion on the matter based on what you put forth so far:

  This is good. You have a motive, a goal and ideas on how to reach it.
  
• "I don't believe in me, I believe in you, who believe in me, thus believing in myself. By not believing in myself directly I can believe in you."
  
  This again is good. It shows that you care for others while others care for you, whilst all at the same time making sure you do your job.
  
• "Especially rule 34"
  Rule 34 is an unimportant rule. 36 is much more important. Focus on this rule.
  
• That shit corner is an amazing contribution and has given many people laughter.
  
• Your current problem cannot be resolved because the mods and admins are completely incapable of doing anything. By becoming a mod you can fix this problem yourself. Everyone wins.
  
• Being a mod of your own personally made forum shows true expertise.
  
• None of the extra info you provided matters but it still makes you look good.
  

Overall 11/10 I would vote yes.

looking at it, it feels like you're not serious for the position, therefore, your application is rejected.
