friendship garapon is added for a limited time

5% exp and 10% uc per friend in the same room, max 25% exp, 50% uc bonus

for a limited time, both tune and core tune up will be have their success rates (great success for core tune) increased by 10%

Would a tune still fail at 100% if the tune was originally 90% without the bonus 10%?

You can't increase it past 95% unless you use items/cosmos that make it 100%.
