| I mailed yesterday to CyberStep and they took consideration of my update notes in general plus showing some concerns towards C rank cart buffing. I'm going to list all of the rebalance notes I posted to them.
Reia's mail about rebalance:
CATDRIGES:
C-Rank catdriges:
Short Boost: Lower the start up consumption. Boost gauge reduction is enough already. Air Loop: Improve the altitude of airloop. It's nearly pointless to use. Damage Cut (Melee): 10% absortion against melee all directions. Stun Up: Triggers on Knockback as well.
B-Rank catdriges:
Serial Killer: Triggers also when player achieves 4 kills spree. Revive: Greatly lower the chance of success on the B rank version. (Can stack with A rank version for improved chance) Low Ranker: Triggers from 6th position instead of 10th. Start Up(Damage reduction): Duration lowered to 15 seconds. Good method against spawncamping, terrible on fast robots like Zero Saber for the metagame. Start Up(Stealth): Make your robot near totally invisible (Feint Dash's black mantle effect) for 1 minute, Invisible on radar too and cant be locked on, turn visible after attacking or hit by AoE (Stardust cannon/Bazooka/Melee). Low Ranker stealth should be removed.
A-Rank catdriges:
Tower Break/Revenge: Triggers when (enemy or ally) Tower is being damaged and system announcement pops, need to be close to said tower. Revive: Slightly lower the chance of success on the A rank version. (Can stack with B rank version for high chance).
ROBOTS/COSMOLOIDS
C-Rank Robots:
Frog Lander: Need a 2nd Stack of Assault Step King Megaton: Improve the recharge speed of Stomp, Stomp can grant melee damage bonus. Beezle: Need a 2nd Stack of Feint Dash. Cannonballer: Improve the range of the subweapon. Tarantulic: Improve the rate of fire of his cobweb.
B-Rank Robots:
Pawnger: Barrier requires to absorb melee damage and knockback. Jaguar Arm: Lower the cooldown of his Shift Action. Victory 1: Reduce his base Armor, Shift Action reduced to 3 stacks, add recharge ability. This makes Victory 1 have a short lifespan and having unnecessary high armor for his cost. Tengu: Increase his boost speed (Same speed as Garula Bird). Scorpton: Include Bad Homing to his core main gun.
A-Rank Robots:
Katana Max: Increase the cooldown on his Chain Shot Shift Ability. Destructor: Reduce the regeneration speed of his ability, reduce the duration of hyper shot to 5 seconds. Garula Bird: Increase his armor, And ammo regeneration on his AM. Make his BS have vaccuum effect. Bugsycait: Lower the cooldown on his BS and turn his BS into a locked part.
BISHOUJOS/HUMANOIDS
Lunastacia: Increase the cooldown of her Accelbound Shift Action. Crimrose: Allow her to dual weild Crimson Blades/Guns. Fiona: Increase the range of her subweapon. Subweapon regeneration speed greatly lowered.
WEAPONS:
Humanoid weapons: Unable to be equipped by Cosmoloids. Dual blade weilding Beezles and Railgun weilding Destructors has been a strong thing that made Cosmoloids outclass Humanoids and make their roles useless on Crimrose and Fiona.
Ranged Weapons: Handguns types: Increase the rate of fire. Handmags types: Lower the dispersion. Accelguns types: Lower the range. Submachinegun types: Lower the dispersion, increase the rate of fire. Shotgun/Blasters types: Increase the Rate of Fire, Slightly increase the max shell capacity. Missile types: Slightly increase the max shell capacity. Bazooka types: Lower the max shell capacity. Drawgun types: Increase the rate of fire, increase the range, lower the pull strenght.
Melee Weapons: Shortsword types: Slightly increase the lunge range. Axes types: Increase the force, lower the cooldown, remove the knockback. Hammer types: Decrease the cooldown. Only 1 hit combo. Knife types: Increase the lunge of this weapon slightly. Add slight knockback on third hit.
If you have interesting suggestions towards the game balance based on the things we saw in the CBT. Feel free to post them, if they are interesting, I will mail them.
P.S. Edit: Stardust Cannon and Grenade Launcher are weapons that are BUGGED. And will be fixed by next beta test, they are not underpowered by any means. | |

| Agree...Fiona's subweapon range should be increase.... i could be useful against rushing panzer,air units and assaulter. | |

It's already useful against everything. It can also hit things a small distance out of lock-on range Doesn't need more range. Doesn't need more turtling. | |
