sadly maybe CB2 using FPS view like Gundam battle Game in PSP / PS2 " GvG Next Plus " rather than free camera movement like original CB. you can look at youtube .
still not confirm it's freely customise or not "skin / song / mech build and how good the mech tuning / upgrade system".
and don't forget : map maker. <<< this i think impossible since CB2 using HD graphic that mean so much memory will be use for this.......

Considering how simple minded brawl turned are the maps that they show on the video, an editor shouldn't be hard to make at all.
