The fact that Pepen Girl looks like she's harsh/mean and a loli is a shitty combination and I'm rather sick of it (The loli being with a shit (read: bitch/tsun) personality combination). Meanwhile Manimo Girl actually looks like a nice loli! And breasts on lolis don't bother me too much

Well, she needs to have that Pepen penguin personality to match with the theme, and penguins are kinda obnoxious up close, so I think it works out.
