no homura is dead.
she can't run around being COMPLETELY INVULNERABLE anymore, she has to sit on her ass in the back since she can't WB->dash away on command anymore which reduces her ability to frontline which is the main draw of playing her.

Her primary DPS is still pretty top tier but, since her survivability is far worse, I guess it can easily be matched.

Still ultrascrumb though.

people will still use her but I don't expect them to be doing anywhere near as well.
