Bikini Ivis

I've tried plugging in the values in the cosmiccalc. I'm recycling the ACC, Jikun BS and Cheer Pomf pomf as they are already tuned and I'm filling in the 5 capacity gap with a vanilla TGH tune.

I'm planning on putting an Armor drive as well for more HP, and damage resistance. Is there anything else I should know, change, hints, tricks etc? I'm open to your criticism, please tell me.

Dual spike bit? 40 str and -6 tec?

imo grap tune is better for ivis unless you be doin the slow build

Dual spike bit is still good to flash. It'd lash for a second, but it'll push melee punks away.

Also has a high chance of activating revenge tunes, though :7)

May I kindly ask, is there a better 0 or 5 cost bit to use?

Just my opinion.

Ivis's weapon is a stunlock and DPS type, Grappler tunes would slow down the combo and make it harder to keep a decent stunlock thus it makes it easier for the target to escape, Gladiator tunes help the the stunlock and speeds up the combo thus it increases the DPS, and Slow tunes are chanced based and do not increase the DPS of the weapon which makes them less reliable than Gladiator tunes.

If you tune the wonder balancer core tune, the wolfraid bit is pretty sweet.

Both sword and guard DRIVEs are good. Plating+all guard makes makes so you only get half beam damage (too bad most moebots are like 99% shell and 1% beam right now), but you can't get any use for the smoke or shorter stuns, BUT with positive tec you can just get Antihomings. Sword has more useful things but a lot of them are luck based, your combo leaves you fairly open to attacks and you don't get plating (which is good enough to justify guard drive on any non sup robot).

Conclossion: go hp, plating, last stand if guard or freestyle if sword.

I've spent quite some time on the calc to make the build as efficient as possible which resulted in a special case which called for an EX Gamma Tune.

As suggested by Relict, I tried the Wolfraid bit and I quite like it so I included it.
Tuskin's suggestion to remove the eye was also a welcome change because I didn't like to juggle it with the chain guard and that it wasn't very useful since I can't even aim and hit my targets with it.

I just got her today in the Gara.

So far she's pretty good, though I just started using her. I like how she has a projectile attack to cover aerial attacks. Reminds me of Dracken in a way.

Though I wonder. Should I replace my old regular Ivis with her, or is old Ivis still good?

Define "old regular Ivis".

If Ivis HD version (Otherwise known as Ivis X)? No, she's fine. Though people will argue that Ivis BF is leagues and bounds above Ivis X, I just think she's far easier to use and more flexible with her slots/capa than Ivis X. Ivis X has a pretty good home with 2x H. Glad and Sword Driving her with Medi, Aerial Fighter and Berserk Clearance.

If it's the original non-HD Ivis? Use her as a piercegun hopper gunner or something because she gains CV for free. Not viable as a melee in this day in age.

The eye gun is trash, you can't even aim it at anything and 99.99% of the time it hits something you don't want it to hit.

If you do want to build a Bikini Ivis, I suggest this build.
